LOR was so pleased that Mayor Riley agreed to represent the City of Charleston by attending the Candlelight Vigil. The Blue Ribbon Council of South Carolina hosted this wonderful event to honor the victims of child abuse. It is LOR’s hope that events like these will increase awareness of child abuse right here in our backyard.
