Beach Day
LOR hosts our annual “Beach Day” each summer at Folly Beach for children from the group and foster homes. If you would like to help, contact Mary Courtney Brooks at mcbrooks@lowcountryorphanrelief.org. This year’s event is August 11, 2012. Please note that background checks are required for all volunteers and take up to 6 weeks to complete.
Make a Child Happy Day
Each year, we host our annual “Make A Child Happy Day” event in October which enables foster children and children in group homes to get out of their environment and enjoy themselves for a full day of fun and love.
