VOLUNTEERS!
The main way we help local at-risk youth and children in foster care is through our distribution center located in North Charleston, SC. This is where we sort, store, pack and distribute all donations from the community for the children we are serving. We provide each referred child a “Care Kit” filled with two weeks’ worth of clothing, shoes, new socks & underwear, pajamas, and toiletries as well as school supplies, stuffed animals, and books.

We are always looking for volunteers with a willing heart, a positive attitude, and a love for our mission.
What
Sorting through donated items, and packing Care Kits for the children we serve in the Lowcountry.
*Each day at LOR is a little different depending on our needs, so we ask that our volunteers remain flexible in the different tasks they may be assigned to perform.
Requirements
Volunteers must be 13 years of age or older and if between the ages of 13-15 must be accompanied by a guardian/chaperone.​​
When
Monday through Friday
9:30 -11:30 am or 1:30-3:30 pm
